Terms of Service
In effect from 5 September 2026.
These are the terms you agree to by using Pollenstack. They are written to be read rather than skimmed past, so they are short and say what actually happens.
1. Who you are dealing with
Pollenstack is operated by Ludovico Bessi, a sole proprietor established in Switzerland. Reach a human at support@pollenstack.com. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that person, and "you" means the individual using the service.
2. What the service does
Pollenstack schedules posts to your own LinkedIn and X accounts, and can draft posts in your writing style based on posts you have already published. Delivery to the platforms is carried out by our scheduling provider, PostPeer.
The agent drafts. It never publishes. Nothing is sent to LinkedIn or X unless you have approved it and scheduled it yourself. This is not a setting; there is no unattended posting mode, and we will not add one silently.
3. Your account
Sign-in is by emailed link — there is no password to lose. The account belongs to one person, and the service is designed for one LinkedIn account and one X account. Keep access to your email address secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Everything posted from your account is your responsibility, including drafts the agent wrote and you approved.
4. Your content stays yours
You own everything you write, upload, or publish through Pollenstack. You give us permission to store it, show it back to you, send it to the providers listed in the Privacy Policy, and publish it to the accounts you connected — and nothing beyond that. We do not use your posts to train any model, and we do not use them as examples, marketing, or anyone else's drafting material.
5. Connected accounts
Connecting LinkedIn or X authorises PostPeer to post on your behalf. Those platforms have their own terms and their own rules about automation, and they can change them or revoke access at any time. When that happens the app will tell you the connection needs re-authorising. We are not able to fix a suspension on a platform we do not run.
6. What you may not do
- Post anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the rights to.
- Impersonate someone else, or publish to accounts that are not yours to publish to.
- Use the service for spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or coordinated inauthentic activity.
- Resell the service, share one account between several people, or run it as a posting service for third parties.
- Attack the service, or attempt to reach another customer's data.
7. Plans, trial and payment
Pollenstack is a paid subscription. New accounts start a 3-day trial on the Agent plan with a card on file; cancel before it ends and you are not charged. If you do not cancel, the subscription begins and renews automatically for the period you chose at checkout until you cancel it.
Prices are shown on the site and charged in the currency displayed there. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout. If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect, and you can cancel instead.
Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
8. Refunds
Any charge can be refunded in full within 7 days of being made, without explanation. The Refund Policy is the detail, and it forms part of these terms.
9. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling never deletes what you have written, and we do not cancel posts you have already queued because a subscription lapsed. If you want your data removed, ask — see the Privacy Policy.
10. Availability
We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted. Publishing depends on PostPeer, on LinkedIn, and on X, and a post can fail for reasons that begin and end outside this application — a revoked token, a platform outage, a rejected piece of content. The app reports each platform's outcome separately rather than averaging over it, and a failed post can be retried, but a specific post publishing at a specific instant is not something we can guarantee.
11. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaks section 6, that is charging back legitimate payments, or that we are legally required to stop serving. Where the circumstances allow it, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right, and you can export or ask for your content first.
12. Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Pollenstack is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost reach, lost customers, lost opportunities, or the consequences of a post that did or did not go out. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, intent, or gross negligence, which cannot be limited under Swiss law.
13. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version. If you do not, cancel — and if the change lands mid-period, ask for the rest of that period back.
14. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of Switzerland, and the courts at our registered seat have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory law in your country of residence.
